Speaker Information We would like to provide speakers with important information that will help their preparations before the conference.
- Most sessions will have four speakers presenting for a maximum of 15 minutes each. We would like to ask that you bear in mind that the time available for your presentation can not exceed this limit.
- All of the rooms for Plenary Sessions, Major Sessions and Concurrent Sessions will have facilities for the use of PowerPoint, and it is recommended that you use this software to prepare your presentation.
- Powerpoint presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Room and cannot be uploaded in conference rooms.
- Many presentations will be delivered during sessions with simultaneous translation. In order to allow the interpreters to prepare and to seek any clarification they may require, speakers are requested to send their presentations to us before the conference. Please send your presentation(s), or address any queries you may have about the process to speakers@ihraconferences.com.
- The audience for the sessions is very diverse and will include people from around 90 countries. This means that speakers must take considerable care to present ideas clearly and at a pace that takes account of the fact that many people do not speak English as a first language.
If you have any questions, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
