(22-IV-21) CEPPS: The Countering Disinformation Guide

Democracy depends on a healthy information space. While disinformation has long been a challenge to democracy, the digital age requires a renewed commitment and new tools to counter online threats.

Please join CEPPS on April 28 for the launch of the Countering Disinformation Guide and global database with a discussion about what works.

This event will feature opening remarks by a representative from the United States Agency for International Development, followed by a walkthrough led by researchers from the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), National Democratic Institute (NDI) and International Republican Institute (IRI). Civil society partners, election administrators and observers at the front lines of countering disinformation will then participate in lightning talks to share their experiences and strategies.
